This is an absolutely amazing idea. It's so simple yet effective. Great pre-promotion idea (the little t-shirt tags). I especially love how you created hype so as to sell those tags made out of donated shirts. Can I still buy one? So many levels yet so simple.
My bad... Just realised those tags weren't made from the t-shirts you collected. It would be cool if you did then sold them to get cash AND exposure for the charities.
The shirts we collected in return went to Salvation Army. The tags were hand-made! Good suggestion tho. We could have sold the tags to cut cost as we spent out of our own pockets for this event. Will get sponsorship next time when we do it now that we have a guaranteed success and orgs that are willing to participate in future tswap events.
Swap any of your old or unwanted t-shirts for a brand new one from the charity of your choice.

So where did those shirts go?
Still a great idea and well executed.
Hey audrey,
